The Embassy of Latgale GORS Culture Ambassador Program Guidelines
The Embassy of Latgale GORS regular customer Culture Ambassador Program (hereafter, GORS Culture Ambassador Program) is a privilege program run at the Embassy of Latgale GORS (Austrumlatvijas Koncertzale Ltd.) with an offer of special discounts and programs for its regular customers.
1. General Guidelines:
1.1. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant can be any person of 18 years of age.
1.2. To become GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant and utilize its privileges, an individual must be registered in GORS ticket sales system biletes.latgalesgors.lv and has to submit a program application form.
1.3. GORS Culture Ambassador Program application form can be received at GORS Information Center located at Pils Street 4, Rezekne.
1.4. As an affirmation of Culture Ambassador Program serves the program loyalty card. Each card states a unique participant number allowing the participant to be identified in the Embassy of Latgale GORS’ ticket system.
1.5. The guidelines and special offers of the Embassy of Latgale GORS Culture Ambassador Program can be found at the Embassy of Latgale GORS website latgalesgors.lv under section “Culture Ambassador Program”.
1.6. GORS Culture Ambassador Programs becomes active on February 1st, 2017 and has no set expiration date.
1.7. The Embassy of Latgale GORS holds the right to unilaterally change the published GORS Culture Ambassador Program guidelines, posting an updated version on GORS website latgalesgors.lv under section “Culture Ambassador Program”.
2. Obtaining and Use of GORS Culture Ambassador Program Participant Card
2.1. GORS Culture Ambassador Program card can be obtained at the Embassy of Latgale GORS Information Center located at Pils Street 4, Rezekne. Cards can be received in exchange for an application form starting February 1st, 2017. Participant card is issued at no charge.
2.2. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant card can be used for Austrumlatvijas Koncertzale Ltd. event ticket purchases and to receive other special offers.
2.3. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant card provides a 10% discount for Austrumlatvijas Koncertzale Ltd. event ticket purchases and discounts on other special offers. Full list of regularly updated special offers can be found on GORS website latgalesgors.lv under section “Culture Ambassador Program”.
2.4. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant card can be used for the ticket purchases at the Embassy of Latgale GORS and “Bilesu Paradize” ticket systems. Card must be presented before the purchase. Card does not provide its holder with any additional discounts for services provided at the Embassy of Latgale GORS (tours, souvenirs, gift cards, room rentals, and other).
2.5. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant card must be presented prior to the purchase and use of GORS partners’ special offers.
2.6. GORS Culture Ambassador Program offers and discounts cannot be used in combination with other discounts (unless stated differently by the program guidelines).
2.7. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant card can be used only by the person listed on the program application.
2.8. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant card is the property of the Embassy of Latgale GORS (Austrumlatvijas Koncertzale Ltd.). In case of a lost card please contact the Embassy of Latgale GORS Information Center located at Pils Street 4, Rezekne, via email at gors.vestis [at] rezekne.lv , or via phone at 22020206. In case of a found card please turn it in at the Embassy of Latgale GORS Information Center located at Pils Street 4, Rezekne.
3. Use of the Information Provided within GORS Culture Ambassador Program
3.1. When filling the GORS Culture Ambassador Program participant application form, individual provides the following information: first and last name, address of residence (parish or city), phone number, email, and, if wished, the date of birth.
3.2. The information provided in the participant application can be used by The Embassy of Latgale GORS (Austrumlatvijas Koncertzale Ltd.) for statistical purposes about its regular customers, as well as to circulate other discount, special offer, and Culture Ambassador Program related information in a form of a text message or email (based on the preference of the applicant).
3.3. GORS Culture Ambassador Program participants can change the information reception source, change the subscription frequency, or cancel the subscription. Changes can be made by an email to gors.vestis [at] rezekne.lv or calling at 22020206.
3.4. The information provided by the participants of GORS Culture Ambassador Program will not be excluded to the third parties or used for the goals not related to GORS Culture Ambassador Program. The Embassy of Latgale GORS (Austrumlatvijas Koncertzale, Ltd.) ensures all personal data and information security, protecting it from any accidents, intentional damage, distribution, or other illegal actions.
